The right candidate for this position will be reliable, customer focused and have a great work ethic.
It is imperative that the candidate demonstrates a high level of professionalism with attention to detail and must be willing to work flexible hours to complete projects.
Demolition, Construction, Carpentry experience.
Demolition, construction, and restoration of residential properties Small and large projects mostly residential (install flooring, remodel, carpentry & general construction) Ability to be part of a team, working alongside peers to successfully complete jobs in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that the project is completed in the established timeframe and meets the customer's satisfaction Ability to work with a wide assortment of construction and demolition tools as well as equipment Comfortable working in confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics - construction, labor, demolition Able to follow directions Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines Have a valid driver's license-Preferred Must be able to work overtime as needed High level of listening skills and positive attitude Ability to communicate accurately and concisely Carpentry experience a plus Must be punctual and reliable Compensation based on Experience Job Types:
